Centurion Registrars was founded in 1991 as a unit in Diamond Securities. On July 25, 2009, the company was approved by Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to operate as Registrars.
Centurion Registrars is now a subsidiary of Sankore Investments, a Technology based Investments Company with many years of experience in Business Restructuring.
